Description

The Hastings Resident , MN experienced flood damage caused by a �? copper water pipe which froze and burst. The Contractor shall remove and replace all damaged material as indicated in paragraph 2.3. Damaged material includes, but is not limited to, 4? wall base molding, drywall, wall and above ceiling insulation (foam, batt, R-13 and R-19 fiberglass), water vapor barrier, bathroom wall tiles, stained carpet sections, ceiling tiles, and LED light panels. All replaced materials shall match existing material that was not damaged or otherwise approved by the

Contracting Officer. Other work includes repairing the burst section of water pipe, reconnecting plumbing fixtures for the kitchenette to include hot water heater, painting new sheetrock as well as any damaged areas (walls, around floor molding, and along electrical conduit), remounting electrical conduit and fire alarm annunciators, testing the fire alarm system to validate functionality, remount fire extinguisher, steam cleaning the carpet, applying epoxy floor with non-slip grip in server room, and conducting air sampling mold testing before and after repairs.
