The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, size standard is $19M. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. General 1.1 Description of Services: The VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS) Medical Center Engineering Service, requires select Safety Trainings for select staff positions/duties. Safety training is critical to ensure staff and patient safety when performing various job duties around the facility. The training is required by growing standards and regulations including but not limited to NFPA, VHA Directive, OSHA and local policy.
