THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting offers or proposals at this time. b. This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not currently seeking offers or proposals and will not accept unsolicited offers or proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Clear and Concise Description of Services: Service Title: Local Telecommunication Service Brief Description: The

objective is to obtain essential local and long-distance telecommunication services for Travis AFB, with support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This requirement is for the contractor to furnish all labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services needed to ensure local access and transport to designated circuit demarcation points. The contractor is responsible for providing and installing all necessary equipment and infrastructure, ensuring their solution is compatible with the Government's current systems at no extra cost. These services, which must adhere to all federal, military, and industry standards, include local exchange access and operator assistance functions, and are strictly for government use. All installations must be coordinated with the Government
