12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering a single source procurement with Adaptive Technology Resources, Inc. for its Custom Bed Controllers. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b). Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 06/22/2026 at 7:00 a.m. CST. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.
