This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the reference number - N0018926RW025. The proposed contract action is for commercial services and will be being processed pursuant to RFO Part 12 and under the procedures in RFO Part 15 and RFO Part 19.108-7 - acquisitions offered to the SBA under the 8(a) Program must be competed among eligible 8(a) participants when there is a reasonable expectation that at least two eligible and responsible 8(a) participants will submit offers and award can be made at a fair market price. The North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $15.0M. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20260507. The procurement is for the requirement of services that include developing and updating training content to reflect ongoing changes to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, implementing new and evolving command policies and procedures, developing new training courses, converting selected functional training curricula into web-based training, and providing on-site knowledge transfer to NAVSUP personnel in Supply Chain Management in support of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Functional On-the-Job Training Support Services. These training support services include course instruction, one-on-one personnel training, curriculum development and improvement, and Integrated Weapon Systems Team (IWST) training.
