Scope & Requirements
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, and materials necessary to demolish and dispose of existing glued-down broadloom carpet and rubber wall base, prepare the concrete subfloor, and install new commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Planking and rubber transitions in Building 11540, Room 5, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
