Delivery is FOB Destination to Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. The Government's detailed minimum

requirements are specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery shall be FOB Destination. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333924. AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds.
