Amendment No. 1 - The purpose of of this amendment is to answer
questions from the solicitation and publish revised documents that are
attachments to the solicitation.
Attachments 2, 3, 5 and 8 were replaced. This project includes the removal and reconstruction of 3.5 miles of segmented interior Forest Service fence and Forest Service/BLM boundary fences on the Council Ranger District of the Payette National Forest. Fence construction will not be a contiguous 3.5 miles, but rather seven distinct segments of fence where either BLM lands border Forest Service lands, or interior Forest Service fences are needed. This project will include removal of all old fence material from the site and clearing vegetation and large woody debris as needed for the new fence line construction.
