PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor’s Facility DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Process Signal Data Input NSN: 5890-01-684-6275 Input P/N: 5443000-004, 6B03825-0001, and 1062022-101 Output NSN: 5895-01-684-6275 Output P/N: 5443000-04 Min 5 Max 30 (w/5 FMS) This item is a non-commercial item The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. This is a non-critical safety item. There is no DMWR for this effort. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
