Description

The Defense Loglstlcs Agency ( DLA) wlll issue a Request for Proposal on March 10 2026 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mll /. The proposed contract wlll be soliclited as Unrestricted With Other Than Full and Open Competition. The NSNs listed on the Request For Proposal (RFP) will have a contract minimum and maximum set at the NSN level. An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four (4) possible option years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation is for 47 NSNs and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products procedures. Inspection point of Destination will be noted in Section B as well as any other technical and packaging

requirements. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other factors listed in Sections L and M of the solictation. The solicitation will be available for 30 days at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil under Requests For Proposal SPE7LX-26-R- 0026 on March 10 2026. This acquisition involves a consolidation of
