Description

This solicitation notice is for issuance of a Request for Quote for a base period plus four (4) option periods of 12 months each for Mowing, Trimming, Edging, and Toe Ditch Cleaning services. A single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote meets the

requirements specified in the solicitation and offers the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 12.2 Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award (FAR Overhaul). Contractors will be expected to perform services as specified in the performance work statement (PWS). Evaluation of quotes will consist of price and past performance through a comparative analysis of all compliant quotes. Past performance references must be both recent and relevant to the

requirements in the PWS. The quote that conforms to the solicitation

requirements and represents the best value both in price and past performance will be awarded the contract. In order to be considered for award, the Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ at time of quote submittal to be considered for award. Vendor is responsible for reviewing their annual representations and certifications in SAM. Any changes provided by the offeror shall be accomplished IAW FAR Clauses 52.204-7 and 52.219-1 and submitted with their quote. Offeror?s are required to implement NIST SP 800?171, the Offeror shall have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) for each covered contractor information system that is relevant to the offer.
