The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and services to establish a compliant Boiler Safety Program in accordance with Veterans Health Administration directives, ensuring all work meets specified performance standards.

The contractor will perform safety device testing and develop documentation and training to support the establishment of a Boiler Safety Program.
Contractor shall provide licensed, experienced engineering support to perform safety device testing, document development and training support to establish a compliant Boiler Safety Program in accordance with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Directive 1810 – Boiler and Boiler Plan Operations.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, management, support and transportation necessary to assure that all services are in accordance with the contract and all applicable laws and regulations.
The contractor shall ensure all work meets performance standards specified in the SOW and referenced documents.
This requirement is for the NIHCS Fort Wayne AND Marion campus, there will be a site visit for each site.
