This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0060 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price award. Requirements Contract with the

period of performance of 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the inspection and service of the Contech Jellyfish filtration unit at the Lotts Center parking lot. This device is a listed stormwater management facility in DSCR’s MS4 Stormwater Management Plan. This SOW satisfies DSCR’s MS4 Permit Number VAR040001 Part I E 5 b that reads “The Permittee shall implement an inspection and maintenance program for those stormwater management facilities owned or operated by the permittee”. The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is August 17, 2026.
