(RFI) - DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) ATHLETIC TRAINERS AND STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACHES FOR USCG ACADEMY (USCGA) ATHLETICS/MULTIDISCIPLINE NON-PERSONAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The USCG is currently in the process of determining the acquisition strategy and whether a competitive socioeconomic set-aside would be appropriate for this recompete acquisition. To that end, the USCG is seeking to identify potential Contractors that possess the capabilities to provide Athletic Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Coaches for the USCG Academy. Any interested party may submit a capability statement by 4:00pm ET by Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The capability statement shall address your organization's ability to perform all of the functions required in accordance with the attached draft SOW. Additionally, when submitting a capability statement, please include the following information: 1. Company name; 2. Company address; 3. Company

Point of Contact (POC) information; 4. Company’s CAGE number; 5. Company’s socio-economic status(es)/business size status – including for the applicable NAICS; 6. A brief overview of your company’s employee retention, transition-in policies, and continuity of effort procedures. 7. An overview of any relevant, prior experience providing athletic training services, certified strength and conditioning services, medical record keeping in accordance with relevant federal PII and HIPAA laws, inventory management, purchasing requests, travel requests, and adherence to safety standards. 8.
