NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia 1001 Emmett ST N Charlottesville Virginia 22903- 4833 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia is the sole provider of Environmentally Assisted Cracking EAC susceptibility and threshold performance of compromised Aluminum 2219 alloy analysis NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Johnson Space Center (JSC). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611310 Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified
