requirements for a contractor to safely and securely transport Cartridge Actuated Devices and Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD) devices, specifically thirty-four (34) thermal batteries (NSN: 6135-00-488-4478ES; P/N: NAV1A1), from Greece to the designated testing facility located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contractor must adhere to all U.S. and international regulations regarding the transport of hazardous materials. The attached Statement of Work describes the requirement in detail.All responses shall be in accordance with Section L F-4 Thermal Battery Shipping (Instructions to Offerors). Proposal will be evaluated in accordance with Section M F-4 Thermal Battery Shipping (Evaluation Factors).
