The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus 3 option year (OY) contract for inspection, testing maintenance and repair of the Abbott OPTIS Mobile Next Imaging System at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Abbott Vascular. Their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians.
