A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a Solicitation for a Roof Replacement at the Point Park Visitor Center for NPS, Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park. The purpose of this project is for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof, associated flashing, and guttering at the Point Park Visitor Center within the Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park (CHCH). The existing asphalt shingle roof is approximately 18 years old and covers an area of approximately 4,000 square feet. The roof is at the end of its useful life and requires complete replacement. The goal is to provide a durable, watertight, and aesthetically appropriate roofing system that complies with all applicable National Park Service (NPS) standards, local building codes, and historical preservation guidelines.This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business (SB) firms. The NAICS code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors, with a small business size of $16,500,000.00. The PSC is R499: Support - Professional: Other.All interested offerors MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.SITE VISIT: Only one formal (1) site visit will be scheduled as part of this solicitation, and no individual site visits will be allowed.
