for Bids (IFB) 2-1-QSC-T-26-052 DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap Term Contract U.S. Department of Transportation โ€“ Maritime Administration (MARAD) Hampton Roads Region, Virginia The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap located at facilities operated by the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration (MARAD) across the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, including Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, and Williamsburg. This solicitation establishes a term contract for the sale of scrap property, with removal required as a condition of sale. The successful bidder shall remove scrap material on a recurring, as-needed basis in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific operational, maritime, and security
