This requirement provides for skilled professionals to maintain critical building systems and provide facility support across multiple operational areas, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, building automation, and fire protection/life safety systems. The
scope of work also encompasses vertical transportation, custodial services, landscaping, and remote monitoring to ensure safe and functional facilities in support of the Department's mission.
