Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, CW Bill Young VA Medical Center (BYVAMC) located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 intends to solicit a request for quotation (RFQ) from contractors for Contracted Emergency residential Services (CERS) with a focus on Low Demand Safe Haven Services (LDSH). The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the BYVAMC under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ),

contract type. The authority for this procurement is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The VA anticipates issuing an Unrestricted solicitation for this requirement on or about February 27, 2026. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation,
