The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is issuing this Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify industry capabilities for a unified, enterprise education platform supporting a global Pre-K–12 environment. The Government is seeking information on integrated Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), assessment tools, special education and student support services, and enterprise operational systems, including ERP, HR, facilities, transportation, and IT service management. Of particular interest are platforms that demonstrate strong data interoperability, open API architecture, near real-time analytics, and AI-enabled insights across instructional and operational domains. This RFI is intended to understand current industry approaches to system integration, data architecture, interoperability standards, reporting capabilities, and cloud-based platform delivery models. Responses will be used for market research and acquisition planning only and do not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government.
