The purpose of this amendment is to notify interested vendors that updated solicitation documents have been posted and are now available for review and use in preparing quotes. This requirement is a non‑personal services contract for comprehensive maintenance and repair of the existing Avigilon security camera systems and DAQ Electronics access control systems located at facilities identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on Fort Bliss, TX. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform: Scheduled preventive maintenance Unscheduled on‑call repairs 24/7 emergency response in accordance with the mandatory response times outlined in the PWS Support for all system components identified in the PWS This amendment provides updated documents for vendor use in preparing complete and accurate quotes.
