This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for four (4) 56 passenger buses to provide transportation in support of base tours to an estimated 4K personnel for the Arnold 75th Anniversary scheduled on Saturday, June 27th, 2026. The charter company must provide drivers with

eligibility to access the Air Force installation and buses must have climate control, a PA system and TV screens, be ADA compliant, and have a bathroom. Must be in place by 8 a.m. on June 27th, 2026, and be prepared to run through 5 p.m. See Atch 1 – Technical

Requirements. Services are required at AEDC at Arnold AFB located in TN. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes.
