License and Support for Voicebrook Dictation System Integrated with VISTA

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with GovSmart, INC. The proposed contract action is to provide Voicebrook VoiceOver Pro and Nuance SpeechKit Lab dictation system. This system allows the Pathology department (pathologists and residents) to audibly dictate pathology study results directly into VISTA and the patient record. The service contract covers VoiceOver Pro Licenses, Speechkit Subscriptions, headset and other voice capture accessories, and server/application maintenance and updates. GovSmart, INC. will provide dictation pathology services to support the VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS). This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5 - Publicizing Contract Actions.
