Work consists of: The roof surface and wood eaves on the Frank Wallace (2,414 SF) and George Wallace (2,200 SF) Homes need to be replaced. The old asphalt shingle roof will be removed first. The contractor will examine the deck and determine if there is damage to the sheathing. They will also look for moist areas, or mildew, and rot and mitigate. Then the flashing will be examined and repaired or replaced. The drip edge and underlayment will be installed. Then the asphalt shingle will be replaced. This project will also repair and replace approximately 30 SF of wood rot on the soffit and facia on each home.
