requirements: In accordance with the PWS, DoDEA requires a fully digital AP Language & Composition instructional solution that includes student instructional materials, supplementary digital readers, teacher resources, assessments aligned to the College Board framework, virtual professional learning, and ongoing technical support. The contractor will provide commercial off‑the‑shelf digital content accessible through DoDEA’s learning platforms, ensuring alignment to AP standards, integration with existing systems, and support for both educators and students. The overall
objective is to deliver a comprehensive, high‑quality digital resource suite that supports effective instruction and student success in AP Language & Composition. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers), and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 commercial procedures in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, which permits agencies to solicit quotes directly from identified vendors for commercial products. This requirement will be competed as a Full and Open Competition. The anticipated
