Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Veterans Heath Administration (VHA) that is expiring in Clifton Park, NY. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s

requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. VA seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Clifton Park, NY Delineated Area: North: Warren County South: Schenectady County East: Washington County West: Fulton County Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6810 Space Type: Medical (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 ADA Compliant Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Soft Term: 5 years Any firm that believes it can meet the

requirements may give written notification to the

contracting officer by 4/7/2026/10AM EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above
