The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary for the removal of current flooring, testing of moisture in substrate or sub-floor, determination of stability and life span of underlayment and raised floor structure, and installation of new flooring in accordance with manufacturers and current industry standard

requirements. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full
