Facilities Alterations, Repair, and Minor Construction

The Government is in the final review of the Q&A's and revisions to the solicitation. Once this review is complete, the amendment will be issued here on SAM.gov. questions and the time required to clear drawings and photographs for release, the Government will be extending the solicitation due date. An amendment will be issued on or before Thursday February 12, 2026 for the extension.

This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside to establish a multiple-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price construction contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, & minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems under a multiple award task order contract (MATOC).
