Description

The Government intends to procure comprehensive and efficient maintenance, repair, and minor rehabilitation services for the W. Kerr Scott Project facilities, which include the Visitor Assistance Center & Environmental Education Center, twelve recreation areas, approximately 40 miles of trails, shoreline areas, 1,475 surface acres of reservoir, visitor center security and fire systems, operational areas, forestry and wildlife lands, and Government-owned vehicles, vessels, and equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, and consumables. Government-furnished property will be identified separately. The Government requires the contractor to maintain these facilities in a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition, ensuring uninterrupted visitor access and efficient operation of critical infrastructure.
