The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as a Section J attachment. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561621 and proposals will be evaluated in accordance with SIR Clause SA56 Evaluation Factors for Award.
