This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.500 for supplies in amounts greater than the simplified acquisition threshold but not exceeding $9M. The contract will consist of an ordering base year and four option years; the
period of performance for the base year is

30 September 2027.
