Two (2) Yokahama or Equivalent Submarine Fenders with the following technical characteristics: Dimensions: Nominal Diameter: 4.5 meters Nominal Length: 9 meters Construction: Outer Skin: High Strength Rubber Color: Black. Warranty: Minimum of two (2) year manufacturer's warranty ISO 17357-1:2014: Ships and marine technology — Floating pneumatic rubber fenders. Type: Heavy-duty, hydro-pneumatic fenders. The fender must be unsinkable and remain functional even if the outer skin is punctured. High-Capacity Kinetic Energy Absorption: Must absorb extreme dynamic loads generated during submarine berthing without transferring excessive kinetic energy back to the hull. Low Reaction Force / High Stand-off Protection: Must maintain low hull pressure to prevent damage to submarine. Any information submitted by respondents to this request is strictly voluntary.
