A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is projected for release in late FY26 or early FY27; the exact release date is currently undetermined. Program Renaming: Upon release of the Draft RFP, this effort will be officially renamed and will be known as: Capabilities of Highly Advanced Operational Simulations (CHAOS).
