Requirement Details The contractor shall provide the following equipment and services: One (1) Metrohm 888 Titrando with OMNIS Software Flat membrane electrode with integrated temperature sensor Required cables, accessories, and installation hardware Installation, configuration, and functional verification User familiarization training for staff Three (3) year instrument warranty (Standard Metrohm warranty) Statutory Authority This purchase is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12. The FSIS has determined that Metrohm USA, Inc. is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement because the 888 Titrando system features proprietary OMNIS software and specialized intelligent electrodes (iTrodes) that are unique to the Metrohm ecosystem and necessary for current lab continuity/technical
requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is a synopsis for informational purposes only. However, any responsible source that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must include: Company Name and CAGE Code. Technical description of how the proposed alternative meets all
