FCC Allenwood hereby issues solicitation 15B20126Q00000011 for the award of a single firm-fixed-price contract for a project entitled USP ALLENWOOD COMM SHOP AC DESIGN AND SUPPLY at USP Allenwood, located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. USP Allenwood is a Federal Penitentiary located at Route 15, 2 Miles N of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA 17810. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this solicitation. Solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. Quotes from large businesses will not be considered. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding size standard of $19,000,000. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be available on or after, June 17, 2026, with a due date of July 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through sam.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. FAR defines “Best value” as the expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Government’s estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement.
