The Department of Defense is seeking to establish a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW). This contract will support the Product Manager Tactical Space Superiority portfolio, which includes programs focused on research, development, production, and integrated product support over a ten-year period. The government aims to identify an industry base capable of fulfilling these requirements.
This is an Unclassified SSN for CPE ISW to identify an industry base for subsequent potential classified solicitation(s), capable of supporting the Product Manager Tactical Space Superiority (PdM TSS) portfolio of programs, which includes two (2) Army Acquisition Category II (ACAT II) Programs – Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS) and Counter Surveillance Reconnaissance (CSR). The Government is looking to potentially solicit for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ). The Government anticipates the MA IDIQ will have a ten (10) year ordering period (a five (5) year base ordering period with one (1) 5-year optional ordering period).
