This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO)

Contracting Office, on behalf of the District of Columbia Army National Guard (DCARNG), is seeking information regarding the capability and availability of commercial sources to provide temporary climate control services. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to deliver and operate a temporary cooling system for the DC Armory Drill Floor (370’ long x 196’ wide x 88’ tall). The

objective is to maintain temperatures between 70-74 degrees within the facility. This notice is intended to identify potential sources, including small businesses, capable of meeting the government's
