INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS – COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for one Base Year and one Option Year. The
Period of Performance for the Base Year will be from the date of award through 365 days after the date of award. The
Period of Performance for the Option Year 1 will be 366 days after award through 731 after the date of award.
