The Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division will procure up to four Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts from small business concerns only to perform subsequent task orders for highway, street, and/or bridge construction services potentially with design services and/or design-build services within the Northeast Region of the United States.
The Northeast Region includes but is not limited to the States of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
The type of work performed on each task order will vary but may include gravel or natural surface roadway and trail rehabilitation, asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete pavement construction, asphalt concrete milling, pavement markings, embankment construction, debris removal, pipe and box culvert repairs or replacement, riprap placement, sign installation, embankment repairs using Mechanically-Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls, bridge and structure repairs such as joint replacements, concrete deck repairs, abutment/pier and wingwall repairs or replacements, and smaller bridge replacements.
The MATOC will have a shared-ceiling value among all IDIQ contract holders of $60,000,000.00.
Each individual task order is expected to fall within the price range of $50,000 to $3,000,000.
