USTRANSCOM seeks innovative commercial solutions to modernize In-Transit Visibility (ITV) for global defense logistics. Responsive commercial solutions shall demonstrate a scalable, interoperable, and secure prototype solution that provides near real-time, end-to-end ITV of DoW cargo and assets in a controlled environment.
