a contract for professional services to include all labor and transportation required to provide Environmental and Sustainability support services and other support services for the National Guard Bureau Headquarters function located in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except support specified as Government Furnished, to provide Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) support, Real Estate support, Sustainability and Energy Management support, Strategic Communications and Training Management support, Budget and Program Planning and Analysis support, Military Construction Budget Execution Program Analysis support, Facility Operations and Task Management Tool (or comparable system) support. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice.
