Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.202, the

Contracting Officer is issuing a combined for the acquisition of alfalfa hay at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Palomino Valley Wild Horse and Burro Center (PVC) in Reno, Nevada.(i) This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 140L0126Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for alfalfa hay to be delivered to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Palomino Valley Wild Horse and Burro Center (PVC) in Reno, Nevada. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 111940, Hay Farming, size standard of $2,500,000.00.This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.(ii) This requirement is to procure and deliver a total of 3,000 tons of alfalfa hay in accordance with the Specifications (Attachment 2).(iii) The product to be acquired is alfalfa hay from 2026 2nd crop or 2026 equivalent crop and in accordance with the Specifications (Attachment 2).(iv) Three separate deliveries shall take place between October 1, 2026 through June 18, 2027 each containing 1,000 tons of alfalfa hay per delivery schedule in the Specifications (Attachment 2).(v) Please refer to Provisions (Attachment

5) for provisions that apply to this acquisition and FAR 52.212-1 Addendum Instructions to Quoters (Attachment
