Sealant Installation: Provide and install new commercial-grade sealant, ensuring uniform application over the designated 270 to 300 square foot under-eave perimeter. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment (including scissor lift), tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. Deliverables (Within 10 business days of NTP): Rubberized Roof Sealant Replacement Plan Warranty Management Plan Manufacturer's Instructions Operations and Maintenance Data Completed Cost Breakdown Form (Attachment 0003): An itemized breakdown specifying direct labor (compliant with the specified Wage Determination), materials/equipment, and a separate calculation for Overhead/G&A and Profit.
