07 July 2026 to provide additional information and gain feedback from industry on an upcoming requirement for the rehabilitation of the Skagit Levee's DD3 and DD12 in Mount Vernon, Washington. The Government is seeking feedback from qualified, experienced sources capable of performing this type of project. The contract solicitations and awards are planned for this summer. DD 3 Levee Repair 300 linear foot repair between Skagit Riverwalk and Skagit River in downtown Mount Vernon. Site prep includes coordination of handrail removal with the City of Mount Vernon, installation of steel traffic plates, and installation of Materials to protect concrete curbs.
