Description

he Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, (LCB), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis, to Hac Company, 5600 Lindbergh, Loveland, CO 80538. The Yuma Area -site preventative maintenance/calibration/certification service, technical support, and software upgrades training and phone technical support for Hach AT1000 and DR1300 FL Fluorometer equipment. Hach's factory-trained service personnel are the only individuals authorized to perform any repair, start-up service, or maintenance on Hach instruments. Due to the many different parameters and types of analyzers, Hach does not recognize or authorize any other service organization to perform repair or calibration services on Hach analyzers. Unauthorized repairs and use of non-Hach supplied parts will result in voiding the instrument warranty.The North American Industry System Code (NAIC) identified for this action is 811210 - Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenances. The Small Business Size Standard is $34M.The anticipated award date is May 22, 2026. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing via email to Diane Rodriguez at [email protected].
