The requirement is for the purchase of a full coverage service agreement for the Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System to support the research and development of multiple research projects within the Soldier Protection Directorate at Natick Soldier System Center (NSSC) located in Natick, MA 01760. The service agreement shall cover a 12-month full coverage including two preventative maintenance, two radiation surveys and all parts, travel and labor. The contractor shall have demonstrated knowledge and expertise to provide servicing and preventative maintenance on a Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System, have expertise in maintenance and repair work in laboratory instrumentation, and shall have demonstrated experience and understanding of the entire Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System, mechanics, parts, operation, testing, and all potential technical problems. The PoP for this effort will be: one (1) base year, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods; for a total of a five (5) years.
