Description

Dental Restoration Services, Onsite, Delaware Army National Guard (DE ARNG), 2-3 May 2026. DE ARNG is releasing a DRAFT request for quotations (RFQ) and supporting

attachments solely to obtain industry feedback prior to issuing a final RFQ under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a request for quotes, proposals, or offers; no award will be made from this notice. Participation is voluntary and at no cost to the Government. We are asking industry to review: (1) Are the salient characteristics, performance metrics,

deliverables, and acceptance criteria in the performance work statement and in the draft RFQ clear, measurable, and commercially common? (2) Are instructions to vendors sufficient to support a comparative trade-off evaluation? (3) Note any clauses that could impede competition or commercial practice. (4) Identify any cost drivers, performance risks, or barriers to competition the Government should address. Submit feedback via email to [email protected]. Any official RFQ will be publicized on SAM.gov via the PIEE Solicitation Module the week of

30 Mar 2026. Joseph Scarpa Alternative
