The representations and certifications section in SAM are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. PROJECT DESCRIPTION (approx. quantities): The requirement consists of a full exterior building envelope renovation including: Replacement of approximately 5,893 sq. ft. of siding, soffit, and trim Replacement of 25 hurricane-rated windows Replacement of 4 exterior commercial doors Replacement of exterior staircase Installation of 7 exterior light fixtures Exterior and interior painting Demolition, disposal, and site restoration The contractor must: Be regularly engaged in siding and window installation Be licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors Demonstrate capability in coastal/hurricane-resistant construction practices The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete the work within 90 calendar days after issuance of NTP.
